looking for a place to rent

I mostly will be at work (night shift) however I am mindful and quiet when returning. Currently i am a bartender and an event promoter. I plan do enroll into college early fall. I don’t have any pets, i don’t mind if you have pets as long as you clean up after them. I do not smoke but am friendly. I drink socially but dont mind if you drink more often as long as you’re a responsible while doing so. Overall I’m a laid back roomie, all i ask is for privacy. I don’t have a preference of an ideal roomie either as i am accepting of everyone and get along with everyone (I am a part of the lgbtqia+). For fun i like to arts and crafts, read, play video games, hang out with friends, see live music, and explore new things to do around town.
