Description

Room for rent in house in quiet neighborhood .

you'll be sharing the house with two other people and a third person (me) for a couple of months a year.
I will be traveling and living overseas most part of the year.
(as an example I was gone January last year to march this year )
you'll have a Private Room but will be sharing the bathroom with a male.

Room has a Dresser and a night stand.
you're welcome to use the kitchen appliances and utensils in the house.


No pets please, as I have a cat.

Rent is includes utilities (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, internet).
Deposit of one months rent
