A little bit about us, We are two yr old lesbians with 3 cats and a pug. We like good shows, wine/beer, and chill evenings. We are looking for a roommate who is nice, clean, easygoing, respectful and communicative, and doesnt mind a beer or 2. We would prefer military but if youre responsible, respectful, and fun that works for us :)   
The room has vaulted ceilings, a really big closet, and hard wood floors. The room shares a bathroom with the other room(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of mood-setting lights you want :)  The house itself is bright and peaceful with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances. There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends privately, or you can hang out with the housemates.              
There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed. If you are interested or have any questions please feel free to text me or give me a call. I do require proof of income, as well as references and renters insurance.
