I am currently looking for someone to sublease/relent for school year as soon as possible! I currently live at the Quarters in a ba. The best part about subleasing is that you don’t have to live in the same unit as I am and you get to choose a different unit if you would like. Rent currently is around $ depending if it’s a ba or ba. Rent includes internet, trash and sewage. You just have to pay for electric, water and gas which is split evenly with all your roommates. The apartments are also fully furnished so you don’t have to worry about buying furniture. They will also do roommate matching if needed. Please message me if you are interested!
