Summer Apartments

Hi everyone,

I’m looking to sublease my lease for the summer term, from May to July . I live at Fuse Apartments, which is very close to campus and within walking distance. Fuse has great amenities and living conditions, and everything is relatively new, well-furnished, and with great maintenance. I am currently in a bath, and in an all female room; however, all genders are welcome if interested. Rent is around $/month, but I am willing to negotiate if this value is a bit high. The bus has a stop near the apartment.
