introvert seeks roomie by June

Description

First floor of a two-story house. Bedroom has a closet, we split the electric , everything else (water, parking, trash, internet) is included in rent. You also have use of a one car garage that is open in the picture. I don’t park my car in there so you’re welcome to.
In the basement, each apartment has their own laundry machines, plus there is also a half bath stall someone thought they could diy.
There is some storage in the basement and garage.
The bathroom has a bidet with warm water
The bedroom is not furnished but the apartment has a three seater couch with Ottomans, various lamps so we don’t have to use the big lights, a small kitchen table that seats little girl rats named Amy and Tina who are a year and a half old.
Nice deck out back that we thoroughly enjoy using three seasons.
The whole house is 🍃positive, only outside.
