In Real Estate they say its all about location. Well having that with a roommate that respects your space and privacy is even better. I sat out last night to this view. Other days dolphins swim by or manatees and sea turtles.

Lots of services nearby. The Bay is in the backyard as we are on the water. The beach is 7 blocks as the crow flies but this is Miami and the walk is mins and driving or biking is 4 minutes.

The room is deceptively comfortable and cozy. Plenty of storage, TV, desk, mirror. Two sets of dim able lights. Wifi, AC, Parking near door, Cable, Netflix, Prime, (Firestick), refrigerator and more.

Living area has Projection TV, playstation, fireplace and sound system. The terrace has Captains table and chairs, herb garden seasonally, cactus and hibiscus.

The kitchen is exceptionally equipped and anything imaginable can be prepared. Many pantry items are provided so as not to have double.. The pool has two grills and two Tikki huts. Gym and free weights in the unit. Doorman and package services.

It would be prudent to tell you about me however I think my roommates say it best. There isnt enough space left so by request they can be sent. Past guests have left generous referrals and a few have agreed to be contacted. Just ask.


The most important thing about this apartment is its location. The front lets out to a sleepy are of a small town w/ a minute walk to the beaches of Surfside and Bal Harbour. Its a 3 minute drive better parking in Haulover beach 8mins.

The apartment is comfortable and conveys a beach lifestyle with neon flamingo and mood lights. Its easy to eat healthy or not as there are so many appliances. Your roommate is easy going and most importantly minds his own business.
