Bedroom available in new ba single-family home near Quiet Village.

Home shared with one full-time roommate (me) and occasionally a travel nurse in the furnished guest bedroom. Bathroom is yours during the months the furnished room is unoccupied; shared when it's occupied. No dog currently (the one in the photos has passed), but I plan to get one in the next year. Sorry, no additional animals.

About me: She/they, white, cis, , works from home, nonsmoker, communications strategist for social change, nascent NVC practitioner, auntie extraordinaire. Likes: podcasts, reading, spending time outdoors, body movement (gym, walks, hiking, biking, yoga), therapy memes, learning, traveling, gardening, farmers markets, cooking, systems change. Vegetarian but don’t mind what anyone else eats. Pretty quiet, don’t drink, usually go to bed around pm. Allergic to cats. Fully vaccinated and boosted.

About you: nonsmoker, respectful of and tidy in common spaces, COVID vaccinated and boosted, works a day job outside the home.

We would be a good fit if you would like shared house values/practices of:
- Following the “campsite rule” (always leaving the common spaces clean for the next user)
- A TV-free living room--though we have a projector for movie nights
- Practicing empathetic communication
- No perfumes/cologne/incense/potpourri/scented candles, etc. in the home (I have scent sensitivities)
- When enjoying music/TV in our bedrooms, keeping the sound within our walls
- Following CDC COVID guidelines (e.g. if you have an exposure, wearing a mask in the common areas of the house for 5 days and then testing)

Driveway parking if you have a small to medium-sized car; street parking otherwise
