My name is Loran Gaines. I am a year old male Software Developer who works remote. I am currently looking for roommates. I am setting up housing inside the house I stay in now. It’s a 3 bedroom. Two people will share a bathroom. I would prefer two girls as roommates. They can share a bathroom and their own area. If the roommates are not girls it’s fine. The rent will be $ a month. The house is near OP Schnabel Park. OP Schnabel is basically in the backyard, with a trail for walking, running, and bike riding. It’s a great neighborhood, no disturbances.
