Looking for a female roommate, I am renting out lovely furnished rooms in 4 bedroom townhouse with full 2 and half bathrooms. You can choose out of 2 rooms, both rooms are furnished or can be unfurnished. You'll have access to all shared spaces including the kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, backyard patio, garage parking included. It is a few minutes walk from the bus stop, shopping plaza. it is also minutes walking from guildford mall and recreational Center with gym, swimming pool and library. It is minutes bus ride to skytrain and Surrey SFU campus. Rent includes all bills, wifi, parking.
You will be sharing this place with young working female owner, her husband who comes to visit couple weekends per month. We are clean, friendly and easygoing. We enjoy watching movies, working out, cooking and socializing, but we also value our relaxing downtime.
