• Shared bathroom (with one other roommate who’s a tidy PhD student in his s)
• Month-to-month lease
• One month’s security deposit due at move-in
• Utilities included (electric, water, high-speed 1G fiber internet)

• Street parking always available

About Us:
I’m the homeowner—late thirties, work full-time, travel a good bit, and like to keep things peaceful at home. The other roommate is in his mid-s, focused on school, and keeps to himself. We’re both friendly, respectful, and like a relaxed vibe—definitely not a party house.

This is an LGBTQ+ and friendly household. We’re open-minded and want someone who is kind, responsible, and easy to live with.

There’s already a small dog (a chihuahua who thinks he runs the place) and three indoor cats, so unfortunately we can’t add any more pets.
