Hello! My roommate (, M) and I (
, F) are looking for a third roommate! Our total rent is $, and we are renting out the smaller room for $. The apartment is fully furnished with our cooking appliances, silverware and dishware. Additionally, the bathroom would be shared with me! We have a garage, a small unfinished basement space, and in-unit laundry. There is also an additional half bathroom downstairs! We live in an apartment complex with a pool and plenty of amenities around.
