Hi, my name is Tom. I am a -year old retiree. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Loveland. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available .
The room is partly furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand/lamp. there is a communal bathroom and some storage in the basement. I am looking for a chill roommate female or male, non-smoker and no drugs in the house. On the street parking and empty dining area and empty living room. I spend most of my time inside in the den r my office. There is full front and back yard and a small garden area, full kitchen privileges and laundry.
I am pretty quiet, rarely have friends over, occasionally will have a beer or mixed drink and do not smoke or do any drugs. i am usually home but am a little hard of hearing so tv can be little on the loud side, just let me know if it is loud. Currently I have no pets but am considering getting a cat.
