responsible tenant moving to GA to be near family. no hassle renter, responsible with my money and time, but I do have a cat. max affordable rent would be $, private bed & bathroom required (my cat stays in my room, he’s disabled). i’ve had roommates before and am truly the easiest person to live with (I don’t even cook). i’m big on communication and have places in the area to stay if someone needs the space to themselves for a night or two. the only things that matter to me are that my cat is safe and I can make coffee in the morning 😂
