You will be occupying the room (unfurnished) with a shared bath. The apartment is a 6 min walk to Safeway/CVS/Starbucks and min drive to Stanford and Caltrain.

Rent will be $ + deposit. Electricty and wifi (about $ each).

- Occasional visitors are welcome; giving us heads up is much appreciated
- While having occasional events is fun, we prefer the house to be a chill place to return home to. We are busy professionals with differing schedules so we don't bring the party home with us.
