Professional Woman: room rental

Dear Prospective Roommate:

I am a mature, female working professional (event planning and office administrator) looking for an easy-going, mature roommate to share an apartment with in Manhattan. I prefer an unfurnished room, (or we can blend both our furnishings together) with a washer-dryer very close to or in an elevator building. The room should have a lot of light and a good closet or two.

I'm easy going and to myself but an occasional glass of wine and great conversation is most welcomed. I enjoy watching Netflix, reading or talking on the phone or on my computer, planning an event or designing print items. I keep to myself but am friendly with a great sense of humor. I am cooperative, communicative, and a smoke-free/vape-free/incense free person (sorry, bad allergies, but I promise to provide soft-scented candles). I also love to cook, and keep a very clean kitchen--mostly vegetarian and fish. I pride myself in being immaculate, so you needn't worry about garbage or funky smells. A clean household is a happy household.

If you are a respectful woman or man with no boundary issues--as am I, and believe in living in harmony in a drama-free household with the spirit of cooperation, I am confident we will be a great match. Not interested in a party house - though playing some good soundtracks is totally reasonable during appropriate hours as is a holiday or birthday party (I'll make a great chicken parmesan!).
