You must be clean, pass a background check, and provide three references. You need to arrange for your laundry, as the laundry room is not available, but there's a laundromat down the street. Absolutely no overnight guests. The house is in the City of Beaumont, right across the street from the movie theaters and all the stores—a very nice location.
