Living Room has all brand new 3 way reclining Leather Couches, new ” QLED Smart Tv with Directv available. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There’s also a Laundry Room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Only 3 Adult Tenants will occupy the House at any given time. There is currently a year old Male and soon to be yr old Female who will be occupying the house. I will NOT be living in the house.
