We have one Fully Furnished Bedroom available. The furnished Bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed, two nightstands with large drawers and large closet with a shared bathroom with a female . All linens and towels are included.

The shared Upstairs Bathroom has double sinks, a tub/shower combo and all new towels for your use. There’s a half bath available downstairs. Fresh Interior Paint throughout and newly cleaned carpets. Living Room has all brand new 3 way reclining Leather Couches, new ” QLED Smart Tv with Directv available. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. There’s also a Laundry Room with a washer/dryer available for your use. Only 3 Adult Tenants will occupy the House at any given time. There is currently a year old Female who will be occupying one of the Bedrooms upstairs. There is a yr old male staying in the downstairs bedroom.
Entire House will be available to all tenants equally. Rent includes Bi-Weekly House Cleaning, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Monthly Pest Service, use of the Community Water Park, Fitness Center, Walking Trails, Lakes. Tenants will split 3 ways GA Power and 1 Gigabit Broadband Service. Community Water Park use included, Fitness Center, Walking Trails, Fishing in the stocked Lakes.
