Looking for a roommate! I own a house in Pecan Lakes in Navasota,tx and I'm looking for one female roommate to share the house with. Located only mins from A&M, and only 2 minutes from downtown Navasota.

For $/month, You'll have your own private fully furnished bedroom (only waiting on the bedframe to come in), your own full bathroom, 2 closets, full use of the kitchen and laundry room, and an extra sitting room you can use as a study. This includes use of the driveway, Internet, and utilities.

Must be ok with pets! I have cats so I'd prefer you not bring any of your own, but one may be negotiable.

I am a female tattoo artist working full time in college station. I love to cook and bake, and spend most of my free time either painting or drawing. I'm looking for someone mostly quiet who will pick up after themselves. NO PARTIES, SMOKING OR DRUGS!!!
