Hey I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, which runs until September, at Scape Canada Water. Bills are included and price is negotiable.

The room is an en-suite with a shared kitchen. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Canada Water station and very accessible to shops within a minute walking distance.

The building features a laundry room, gym, quiet study space, and common areas.
