Looking for a responsible, clean, and drama-free roommate to share a 3BR home in Austell GA. The available room is semi-furnished with great light and a decent-sized closet. You’ll have access to shared spaces like a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom(s), and in-unit laundry.

• Rent: $ per month includes utilities and Internet
• Move-in: ASAP
• Lease: Month-to-month/-year
• Parking: yes, plenty of parking space
• Pets: not allowed (we have cats)
• No smoking, no parties
• Occasional guests are okay with a heads-up and mutual respect
• You’d be sharing with: Me and My Fiancé, and our friend. She is our current roommate who is renting out the other bedroom
P.S. we are never home, between school and work everyone is busy with our own lives.
