ROOMMATE WANTED

Hi guys! I’m currently moving out and need someone to replace me! Move in is May 1 & rent is $ per month. Unfortunately, no couples & no pets. Females only (sorry this is per the property managements request)

A little about the spot & room:

- private room (can fit a full or queen with a desk & lots of closet space) with view looking at the park across the street from us

- shared bathroom with 1 other girl

- utilities range from around $ per person depending on house usage

- safe neighborhood with a family owned liquor store at the corner and ford park across the street

- parking spot (uncovered)

- the other two girls you will be living with are super easy to get along with & are very respectful and reliable. Both are working professionals out of college

- overnight guests are allowed as long as you communicate that

- you will have full use of all common areas just like the other girls

- laundry room is on

- minute walk to downtown fullerton/ minute walk to walking trail behind the courthouse

I’ve loved living here for the past 4 years, and if I wasn’t moving in with my bf, I’d stay here forever lol any other questions related to this, just ask! I will be trying to set up viewings for the next two weeks.
