Bedroom on third floor has a private bathroom and walk in closet.
2nd floor has a shared bathroom with the kitchen/living area. Plenty of street parking is available after the recent street renovation.


Room will be taken up pretty quickly because of the walk-in closet and in room bathroom. You also get Garage parking as there’s only my truck in the garage..

I have a dog. She's a very sweet siberian husky
and pretty quiet. She will not wake you up in the middle of the night as she
rarely barks. Must love dogs.
