Bedroom Available for Rent in a 3-Bedroom Home – $/Month + Utilities

Looking to rent out one bedroom in my three-bedroom home. The room can be partially furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

About the Home & Living Situation:
You’ll have your own private bedroom and share common areas, including the bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, basement, laundry room, and yard.
No smoking, drinking, or drug use allowed in the home.
Preferably looking for a female roommate.

Rent & Utilities:
$ security deposit due at lease signing.
Utilities (electric and gas) will be split between us. Water, sewer, and trash are covered by me.

Tenant Responsibilities:
Must provide own supplies, groceries, toiletries, etc.
Everyone is responsible for keeping their room and shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) clean and organized
Respect others need for privacy and quiet, especially late at night or early in the morning

Application & Screening Process:
To ensure a good fit, I will be conducting thorough background checks and interviews with all applicants. The following will be required:
• Background check
• Rental history verification
• Income verification
• Valid photo ID

This is a strictly smoke-free, drug-free home. If you smoke or use drugs of any kind, this rental is not for you
