Looking for a + female for renting 2nd floor of my beautiful sq ft. home in Ocotillo near Intel. I have 2 bedrooms. 1 bath, office space and a very large family room available. I am a year old female raising my year old grandson so a child/children and above would also be welcome.

Must provide proof of income, background check and references, Drug free and smoke free home. No pets. Shared kitchen and laundry and outdoor patio. House is located in an upscale gated community with a pool and garden area ft from house.

Rent is $ per month not including shared utilities. Some furnishings provided.
