Looking for a friendly roommate to rent out my spare bedroom to. I have lived here for the last 4 years so the house is fully furnished minus the room. It is a large room with a lot of closet space on the 1st floor of the townhome, has in-unit laundry, a private bathroom, small backyard patio, garage parking, rooftop terrace, and is in a gated community in a quiet neighborhood. I’m a year old female for graduated from UH and am currently working before I start a masters program. I work nights am usually, and have a 3 legged pug who is super friendly!
