Hey there! 


My husband and I () have a bath home.  We currently have one temporary roommate and are looking to fill the second bedroom. I'm painting over two small patches from nail holes and it's all ready to move in! The room for rent is $/ month- electric, internet, water, sewer, trash, ect included. No deposit required. We have a dog and a cat so you would need to be comfortable with that. We have a communal cleaning/ food situation so we all work together to keep the home clean and contribute to groceries. 


There will be a $ cleaning fee due upon move out. Our home is fully furnished minus the bedroom available. We have a pretty cool downstairs and don't mind visitors as long as there's a heads up. Our community is located in Port Wentworth (just off exit ), and has a pool and clubhouse.
