Hi all, I am graduating soon and looking for a tenant to sublease my fully-furnished apartment at Incite at Troy from early May to the end of July (Dates are flexible). The apartment is conveniently located downtown, close to everything you need. It comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and a fully-equipped kitchen, and you'll have the entire apartment to yourself. The apartment also comes with AC and heat. The amenities, include ping pong tables, a Starbucks coffee machine, a gym, and vending machines. The rent is $/month, but it is negotiable.
