Sub-leasing a bath fully furnished studio private unit, near campus and in a very peaceful neighborhood. I am a tenant here so I basically need someone to take over my lease or stay on a short term and can always pay rent monthly.The rent can be prorated and your move in date can be flexible even if it is just two month stay.
