ISO one more female roommate

Hi everyone!

Me and my 2 roommates are looking for a fourth (preferably female) roommate to move into our bathroom home on Oliver road (min walk from the university). I am entering my first year of teachers college next year and my other roommates are also mature students with one finishing her bachelors and the other entering her second year of her masters.

Occupancy is from May with rent being $/month with utilities included.
