Hey! I'm a USF student moving out of my shared room, and we’re looking for someone to take over my spot in Mid may or later. The apartment is in a perfect location for USF students—very spacious with three bedrooms and three other amazing girls in their s, either working or attending USF. You’d be sharing a room with one of them, a nursing student who is clean, quiet, and friendly.
We’re a busy household, usually out at school or work during the day, but we’re all close—we like to share meals, watch TV, and go out together.
Rent: Around $/month (excluding utilities)
Room: Comes furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, and desk (or I can take the furniture if you want your own!)
Bathroom: Shared, connected to room
Availability: Open to summer sublets, school-year sublets, or both! Bonus—your roommate will be away for one month in the summer.
