Located on a small, secluded quiet area, low traffic streets, yet access to main roads and shopping(Cub Food, Walmart, Target, Aldi, Menards, Best Buy and Kohl’s).

Has washer and dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans.

Renter is responsible for electric and gas bills. This will be divide equally by 3 renters.
