I’m leasing a bedroom that includes its own bathroom and walk-in closet and a Tv , in a at the Venue. It’s on the third floor so it’s very safe , only 1 roommate in the apartment and most of the time not here so you’ll almost have the apartment all alone .
The rate is $ which includes utilities , trash, and landlord protection program . The Venue does an “unlimited” package for utilities! Theres a pool, gym, study rooms, convenient store, washer and dryer set up, and dishwasher.
The apartments are right next to a stop from the Bull Runner and within walking distance to the school!
