I live at Folly apartments baths. It’s a three minute drive to the downtown area. to folly beach and to mount pleasant/ Sullivan’s. Nicely located with a balcony overlooking the pool. The apartment is fully furnished, the guest room has a new mattress, walk through closet and a shower bath. It would be a month to month payment with no lease to sign. Flexible on move in dates. Sooner rather than later would be preferred. It’s total so looking to split rent plus utilities so it will be a month. A bit about me; I’m , female, single looking for a Roomate to share a common area with that is respectful and clean.
