Room for Rent – Lynn, MA (North of Boston)

Fully furnished room available in a family-owned home in Lynn, just north of Boston. Includes a full-size bed, mini fridge, and microwave. Please also note that there is no kitchen access due to allergy concerns. Use of the kitchen is very limited—only for simple tasks such as rinsing a dish or getting water.

This room is available for a single male occupant only. Unfortunately, it is not suitable for couples or children.

Common areas are currently unfurnished due to ongoing renovations.

Requirements:

• First month’s rent + security deposit ($)
required to move in.
• Responsible, clean, drug-free, mature adult with stable employment.
• No smoking, no overnight guests, and no additional pets (resident cat on-).
