Private room in basement suite NW

Description

Available May 1st, or June utilities included (wifi is split and ends up being just under forty each). My roommates recently have moved out and I am currently looking for someone to take over the second room in this bath basement suite in Bowness with a shared living room, kitchen, laundry room, den, and fenced yard space. I’m clean, quiet, work full time and I keep to myself a lot. The place is pet friendly if you have one, but the upstairs neighbours have two dogs as well. All I ask is that the animal is spayed or neutered ( damage deposit is first months rent)
