Good local transportation (Doral Trolley) to take you to Palmetto Metro Rail Station. Washer/Dryer, limited kitchen access, personal small fridge, and bathroom. Towels, sheets, cooking utensils and eating plates included. Non-smokers (even if you say you’ll do it outside only), cohabitation rules to maintain friendly cozy environment. Move-in w/$ deposit and 1st month’s rent (can be prorated 1st month if not moving in on the 1st). No parties, drinking, or loud music. You are renting a room - not the house. There are Senior cats ( years old that will not be replaced once departed) so you cannot bring any pets with you. Other details can be discussed with owner.
