Apartment in New Tampa

Description

The complex is Andover Place at Cross Creek, in New Tampa, very close to Hunter’s Green and Wesley Chapel. It is a ground floor apartment in a very quiet, low-crime community with four beautiful pools and a well-equipped gym. The place is furnished, including your bedroom, but we can remove anything you don’t want. Your bathroom is furnished, except for towels, but you’re welcome to change anything you want. Your bedroom is ten by thirteen feet,
and it’s in the opposite corner of the large apartment from the master suite, so you have a lot of privacy and noise cushion. Apartment is furnished with full-size washer and dryer, as well as dishwasher and other appliances. The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished. There is a large, fully screened patio. All utilities are included in the price, except electricity. You would pay of that, usually around $ forty per month. We don’t have cable, but would provide multiple streaming services. We would also provide shared household items, like dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc. You can have guests, of course, we just tend not to. I don’t respond to megaphone .
