1 room on the main floor.
2 rooms on the lower level.

The upstairs consists of a 2 bedrooms, bathrooms, living room (furnished), kitchen, a T.V. room (furnished), and an attached dining room and kitchen.

The downstairs has a large living room, laundry, a storage room, 1 bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Backyard: Outside you will find a large space with multiple seating and gardening areas (feel free to plant whatever you please).

Garage: There is a one-car garage, which I typically don't park in. Parking/workshop arrangements are welcome.

About me: I am a -year old (male) cognitive neuropsychology student at the University of Utah. As I work, study, and teach on campus, I am out of the house for most of the week. I love all the outdoor adventuring Utah has to offer. I have rented this house for 3 years and love the location. The house is very close to highway access and most importantly, the canyons.

Pets: I have two very sociable cats: Freya and Boone, who mostly stay upstairs. We can discuss any pets of your own.
