I’m renting out a private room in a beautiful gated community, ideal for someone respectful and easygoing.

What’s included: All utilities (electricity, water, Wi-Fi), parking space, washer & dryer use, mini fridge in the room, safe and quiet environment, use of amenities, Microwave (upon request)

The room features hardwood floors and a standard reach-in closet and lots of natural light. It’s currently unfurnished, but a bed can be added if needed. (room will be freshly painted before move-in for the new tenant)

Please note Kitchen access is not included, so this space is best for someone who doesn’t cook often and is okay with using the mini fridge for simple meals and snacks.

The room is currently occupied, so we’re not providing additional photos for now, but you’re welcome to come check it out in person!
