Basement Apartment

Hello, I'm renting out one of my rooms in my townhome, bath looking for someone that is short-term starting April-August.
I have 3 floors main floor where living room kitchen is, second floor I have the laundry room and two bedrooms with its own bathroom that's where me and my boyfriend sleep the room across is empty. The basement that's where we have the main living area but if you choose to stay in the basement, it can be your whole space with its own bathroom and bedroom with a small sink with cabinets, you'll need your own fridge or use ours.
