Hi everyone! We are looking for one roommate male or female for the upcoming school year, fall ' through spring ', we can move in as early as . We are leasing the Flatiron lofts through Unique Apartments. The rent is $ a month plus utilities. Most likely looking to fill the bottom bedroom you will also get the downstairs bathroom to yourself. Moving in are 2 males and 1 female. The amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, rooftop access, internet, free reserved parking, as well as access to the Somerset pool, clubhouse, and gym. Please message me if you're interested!
