This house has a two-car garage, fenced-in yard, washer/dryer, is in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, is walking distance from a Publix, Walmart, and a gym, and is perfectly in between Tampa and Clearwater. My roommate is moving out and I really don't want to move again so I'm looking for someone to replace him, so you must be approved by the property owner. $ per month for a smaller room or $ for the master suite.
