ISO Responsible Roommate

Description

Available: 1 bedroom and semi-private bathroom in a 4-bedroom town house. I'm recently separated and have a HS aged child, a dog , and 2 cats. I would consider renting out 2 bedrooms for an additional cost. Rent does not include utilities, which run about $/mo. The roommate would be responsible for of the utility bills each month. Fidium 1GB fiber internet is included, cable is not. I work a variable schedule and my child is involved in several extra-curricular activities. When we are home, we are pretty relaxed and play video games, watch movies, cook, etc. I do not smoke and am a generally tidy, pleasant person. Please message me if you are interested.
