ISO responsible & CLEAN roommate

Hi! Justin, and I’m looking for a roommate to move in now or by May 1 to share my large bathroom apartment. It’s a very clean and safe complex in the Figarden area (gated enclosed parking with a night guard, and a gated perimeter). You will have your own room with lots of closet/storage space, and the common bathroom to yourself. There’s assigned parking (garages are also available +$), in unit washer and dryer and access to all other common areas. There is also a private gym, and a clubhouse that offers full access to the pool and spa area. If you’re interested I’m asking $ per month and PG&E and WiFi / internet.
