looking for a private room & bath

Description

looking for a private room & preferably bathroom. i can compromise with almost anything else within reason. my main work consists of two commission based remote jobs but also day jobs/work related errands.
understanding & considerate, i hold my self accountable. all i ask is that in return and just respect my boundaries as i will yours, i can get along with almost anyone with common sense, it goes a long way.. lol
