Description

I'm looking for a someone to take over my lease for my room at the residence of the 2nd Unit of Warren Street.
-Roomates are 2 male MSU students(potential 3)
- Bath in unit
-In unit washer and dryer
- minute walk to the university
-The rent is $ per month (includes utlities)(internet $ a month separately). Bedroom will come empty with nothing on the walls.
-Rent for April has already been paided
-Lease is until July th
