Furnished room for rent

Description

Furnished room with nice size closet w/top shelf. Carpeted floor. Semi-private bathroom. Room has a " mounted TV with cable. Rent includes utilites, kitchen privileges, nice back deck, grill. I'm looking for someone who likes a clean home, and will help maintain it. Someone who doesn't mind occasional small dinner gatherings, playing cards, etc. I don't host a lot and only will have people, including myself. I'm not into big parties. I only socialize in small gatherings. I do have a small dog who is trained. I prefer not to add any more dogs but would consider a small dog if trained. I'm allergic to cats so that will never be considered. You also have your own driveway.
