I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the summer months. Looking for someone to take over my $ + Utilities ~One bedroom/ on Elizebeth for students/grad students. (no gender preference)

Parking does add an additional $.
Available starting May th(immediately after finals)- lease ends the of July.
I will be subletting because I need to go home for the summer.
I currently have 3 roommates( girls), they are all wonderful and respectful. At least one of them(most likely two) will be gone during the summer as well, so the will be relatively empty/quiet during those months.
Bath+shower combo.
Laundry & dishwasher in the house.
Heating/AC.
Spacious kitchen.
Fully furnished.
Great amenities like heated pool, hot tub, gym, etc.
I genuinely have loved living here and it has been very peaceful.
