Summer Sublet!

Description

Hi! I am subletting my room in a 2 bedroom on Rue Lorne. It is available this summer in May, June, and July. It is $ per month (utilities and wifi included).
We are preferably looking for a female subletter as my roommate Maia will be living there during the month of May, but the place will be empty for the rest of the summer.
About the apartment:
- laundry in unit
- window AC in unit
- furnished (the furniture will be slightly different from what is pictured because we will be moving our things in as well, but all rooms will be properly furnished!)
- 2 blocks away from Mcgill University: very close and convenient location!
- close to McGill train station
- walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and the downtown area
- my room spacious with a large window and decent closet space. (My roommate's room is not included in the images.)
